About Michael Speigl

Michael is a man of many passions who spent his adult life contributing to, supporting, and serving in leadership roles with and for non-profit organizations.

Michael attributes most of his passion for education to his time at the University of Michigan where he received a BA in Economics.  Coming from a free/reduced lunch background, the academic standard at UofM caused him to look at life in a whole different way.  Michael committed himself to remove the obstacles of any passionate student trying to maximize their academic potential.  The same obstacles that he faced in his youth. PrepandMe is this commitment realized. Providing resources to the hardest working, brightest, underprivileged students is something that has consumed Michael’s thoughts for a very long time.

Michael’s passions are his love of family, leadership, culture, and competition in any form.  Michael has been lucky to be able to live this out every day as he’s been on such great teams in multiple automotive companies.  He’s been with Williams Automotive Group for the last ten years and currently serves as President.  Williams is part of a bigger automotive family in Fortune 250 company Lithia Motors as they were acquired back in 2019.  Before WAG, he was part of the Cox Automotive family for 7 years.

The only passion greater than helping others is the love that he has for his family.  Ashley and Michael are blessed with five young children (Braxton, Brenton, Brooklyn, Braden, and Bowen) who are the center of their universe.

About Will Riebel

Will Riebel was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He attended the University of Michigan and majored in Biology, and later went to grad school at Eastern Michigan University for Ecology, Evolution, and Organismal Biology.

Will’s been involved in education his whole life. He started tutoring when he was in high school, and has been doing it ever since. He’s been tutoring professionally since 2014, and now owns his own tutoring program. He is a high school math teacher and works in the academic support center at Grand Rapids Catholic Central HS as an educator and case manager for students with learning deficits.

Will’s guiding principle in life is educating the next generation and seeing them succeed. Will was lucky enough to have the opportunities to earn a full academic scholarship to college; now he wants to find ways to provide those chances to the dedicated youth today. In his free time, Will most enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing board games, and watching Michigan sports.
